Pneumatic brake system spare parts

The 65.02.65 check valve prevents the return of compressed air in the circuit, keeping the pressure stable and protecting the rest of the components. It is a simple but critical piece: a failure here directly translates into pressure losses and less effective braking.
Next to it we incorporate the control valve for trailer 65.02.106, in charge of regulating the air passage between the tractor vehicle and the trailer. It is a highly sought-after reference in fleets that operate with different trailer manufacturers, since it guarantees compatibility and a homogeneous braking response.
For installations with multi-line distribution, we also have the 4-way protection valve 65.02.64. Its function is to isolate the service brake circuits, parking brake, supply and accessories, so that a leak in one of them does not compromise the others. It is a piece that we recommend checking preventively in vehicles with more than five years of intensive use.

It is one of the most requested parts in periodic fleet reviews, since its wear is not always visible to the naked eye.
