DELIVERY 4: The Final Stretch (Expedition and Transport)
From Onyarbi to your workshop: The meticulous process of international packaging and shipping
Introduction
We have reached the last stage of our trip through Onyarbi Industries. We have seen how we select the steel and mechanise the parts, how we verify them in the quality laboratory and how we store them intelligently. All this effort would be in vain if the part arrived damaged to the customer or if it was lost in international transit.
In this final article of the series, we show you how we prepare shipments, from individual packaging to loading in the trucks that will carry Onyarbi spare parts to all corners of Europe and the world.
The Art of Packaging: Protection and Branding
Packaging in Onyarbi fulfils two vital functions: physical protection and brand trust transmission.
Primary Packaging (Individual): Each piece is protected according to its characteristics. Polished metal parts receive a light anti-corrosion treatment (oil or VCI) before being bagged. Electronic components go in anti-static bags. Many of our star products are presented in our robustly designed corporate boxes, which include the label with the clear reference, barcodes and OE interchangeability information. This greatly facilitates the work of reception and shelving in the client’s warehouse.
Consolidation and Secondary Packaging: Once a customer’s order (which can contain from 10 to 200 different references) is “picked”, it is taken to the packaging table area. Here, expert staff groups the pieces into larger master boxes. Filling material (recycled paper, bubble, etc.) is used to ensure that the contents do not move during transport. The balance is sought: do not send “air” (saving transport costs) but ensure that nothing is hit.
Palletising and Loading: The Logistic Tetris
For large shipments, the boxes are consolidated into pallets. The palletising process follows strict rules: the heavy at the bottom, the light at the top. The pallet is reassembled in a stable way and is strapped or retracted with high-strength stretch film to secure the load.
Precise Documentation: Each pallet has its “Packing List” visible, detailing the content. The SGA automatically generates the transport labels required by international agencies and customs documents if the destination is non-EU.

Expedition inside the Trucks: The Hour of Truth in Onyarbi Industries
Our cargo docks are a hot of activity, especially in the late afternoon, when the trailers of the urgent transport and international grouping agencies arrive.
The dock is divided into shipping areas according to the destination or transport agency (Ex: DHL Express Zone, Palletways France Zone, Germany Grouping Zone). Before uploading the pallet to the truck, the final scan of “Store Out” is performed, which triggers an automatic email to the customer with his tracking number.
Closing of the Series
From the engineering design to the load on the truck that you see in the video, every step in Onyarbi Industries is designed to ensure that you receive the correct spare part, in the agreed time and with the European quality that defines us. We hope that this tour has helped you to better understand who we are and why we are your trusted partner in the spare parts for industrial vehicles.
